Logistics Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise drivers and company vehicles. Monitor daily transportation and logistics operations. Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of drivers and fleet activities. Recruit, interview, and onboard new drivers to expand the team. Maintain operational records and prepare reports as required. Coordinate with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Ability to recruit and build a reliable team of drivers. Strong personality with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good organizational and communication skills.
