Key Responsibilities: Fleet Management: Successfully recruit, onboard, and manage a team of delivery riders. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with partner standards. Partnership Management: Act as the primary point of contact with delivery platforms to ensure seamless service integration. Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to scale the fleet and optimize delivery performance. Requirements: Extensive experience in the logistics/delivery sector within Qatar. Strong network and proven ability to source and recruit delivery riders. Deep understanding of the local market and the operational requirements of major delivery apps.
