Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control within contracting companies, preferably in villa construction projects. Experience in managing and monitoring project costs, analyzing expenses, and reviewing payment certificates. Experience in preparing and monitoring project budgets. Ability to analyze actual costs and compare them against the approved budget. Experience in following up on payment certificates and Variation Orders.
