A contracting company specialized in villa construction is looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer with practical experience in purchasing and supplying structural building materials, including reinforcement steel, ready-mix concrete, blocks, and other essential construction materials. Requirements: Proven experience in purchasing and supplying building materials for construction projects. Experience in preparing and following up on technical material submittals and approvals. Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Strong ability to manage purchasing and material supply operations for projects efficiently. Experience in coordinating with clients and consultants to obtain approval for proposed materials.
