Sales Supervisor (FMCG Retail & HORECA) We are looking for a dynamic and strong-personality sales professional with proven experience in FMCG sales across Retail and HORECA channels. The ideal candidate is active, self-motivated, and capable of leading a sales team while driving business growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop sales across Retail and HORECA segments Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Develop and execute effective sales strategies Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare sales reports and performance analyses Requirements: Proven experience in FMCG sales (Retail & HORECA) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Ability to work independently and under pressure Valid driving license is preferred
