Responsibilities: • Digitizing logos and designs for embroidery (Wilcom or similar software) • Operating multi-needle embroidery machines • Adjusting stitch settings, thread colors, and fabric types • Ensuring high-quality embroidery and finishing • Handling custom orders and small production runs • Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. • Proven experience in embroidery digitizing and machine operation • Attention to detail and quality control • Ability to work independently • Experience with different fabrics is a plus
