1. General Auction Rules

The auction is a public sale conducted through the Mzad Qatar app, where the vehicle is offered for sale to interested buyers, and the auction is awarded to the highest bidder within the specified time period.

Mzad Qatar has the right to extend the auction time if any bid is submitted during the last 5 minutes of the auction, in which case the auction will be automatically extended by 5 minutes to allow others to bid.



2. Vehicle condition and liability

Participation in the auction constitutes a public and explicit acknowledgment of the bidder's acceptance to purchase the vehicle in the current condition. Mzad Qatar is not liable for any defects or damages that were not disclosed by the seller or brought to the attention of Mzad Qatar.

The car is sold as is, not working. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the transmission, engine, or any other parts in the car are in good working order. Qatar Auction is not responsible for this.

The Buyer must inspect the car on site before bidding.

The bidder may conduct the inspection himself, bring a qualified technician of his choice, or commission any approved inspection center or workshop to send an inspector to the vehicle's location to conduct the inspection.

In the event of an inspection, this shall be considered an explicit acknowledgment of acceptance of the condition of the vehicle.

If no inspection is requested, this shall be considered an explicit acknowledgment of acceptance of the vehicle as is, with all its defects or shortcomings.

Mzad Qatar is not responsible for the accuracy of any inspection provided, if any.



3. Seller's Approval

The bidder is aware that the auction does not necessarily mean transfer of ownership, as the owner (seller) must agree on the price.

If the seller does not agree, the sale will not be concluded.

The bidder will be notified of the seller's final decision within (3) working days of the auction closing date.


4. Transfer of ownership and delivery

The buyer doesn't bear any transfer fees for the vehicle.

The vehicle will be handed over to the buyer within 10 working days after the full payment has been made, subject to any possible delays due to force majeure circumstances.

The delivery and transfer of ownership of the vehicle is carried out by:

- Transfer of ownership via delivering the vehicle deregistration papers and registration procedures With re-registration papers

Any additional requirements, expenses, or procedures that may be imposed by the relevant official authorities to ensure the validity of the transfer of ownership are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

After completing and officially documenting the above procedures, the vehicle will be delivered to the buyer at the location specified by Mzad Qatar.

In the event of a delay in the transfer of ownership by the seller, Mzad Qatar is obligated to refund the amount paid to the buyer after deducting the applicable service fees.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle can be re-registered in their name in accordance with the procedures and laws in force in the State of Qatar. Qatar Auction bears no responsibility in this regard.



5. Participation Requirements

All registration data and subsequent requirements must be fulfilled.

The deposit amount (at least 15% of the current bid value) must be covered.

The deposit amount can be refunded at any time unless it is the highest bid amount.

There is a KYC form has to be signed from the buyer side along with the payment.



6. Fees and payment

A fixed administration fee of (700 QAR) is charged to the auction winner.

The winning bidder is obliged to pay the amount within (24 hours).

Failure to pay will be considered a refusal to complete the purchase, and Mzad Qatar has the right to:

Confiscate the deposit amount.
Resell the vehicle at auction.

Payment methods:
Cash payment at the office (up to QAR 50,000).
Bank transfer or deposit to the Mzad Qatar account.

7. Disclaimer

The bidder acknowledges that Mzad Qatar is not responsible for vehicles after sale, including but not limited to:

Vehicle defects.
Responsibility for transfer of ownership.
The bidder shall have no recourse against the company after sale.
