- *Check IDs and passes* at all entry gates - *Log all visitors, contractors, and vehicles* with time in/out - *Inspect vehicles and goods* entering/leaving for theft or contraband - *Patrol factory, warehouses, and fence line* every 1–2 hours - *Monitor CCTV screens* and report suspicious activity - *Respond to all alarms* – fire, intrusion, equipment - *Enforce safety rules* – PPE, no smoking, no phones in danger zones - *Keep fire exits, hydrants, and sprinklers clear* at all times - *Control keys* – issue, log, and secure all site keys - *Conduct bag/locker checks* as per company policy - *Report hazards* – spills, leaks, broken fences, bad lighting - *Write daily reports* – patrols, incidents, visitor logs - *Assist in emergencies* – call 999, guide evacuation, first aid if trained - *Stop and report theft, fighting, or rule breaking* - *Supervise contractors* – ensure they stay in allowed areas - *Secure site after hours* – lock doors, gates, windows, turn on alarms - *Do shift handover* – brief next guard, hand over equipment, report issues - *Maintain guard equipment* – radio, torch, uniform, logbooks - *Follow Qatar MOI rules* – no illegal detention, call police when need
