Location: Qatar We are looking for an experienced and passionate Biryani Chef specializing in Authentic Tamil Style Biryani to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare authentic Tamil-style Chicken, Mutton, and special biryani recipes. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. * Manage kitchen operations related to biryani preparation. * Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. * Monitor inventory and assist in ordering kitchen supplies. * Work efficiently during peak business hours. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Biryani Chef, preferably in Tamil Nadu-style cuisine. * Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and recipes. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Experience in Qatar or GCC countries is an advantage.
