Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,500 Send your CV in Whatsapp NO CALLs Key Responsibilities: * Manage and receive inventory, ensuring stock quantities are accurate. * Process and prepare daily customer orders. * Manage products and inventory on Shopify. * Work with Odoo or a similar ERP system. * Handle returns and exchanges. * Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits. * Prepare daily and weekly inventory and sales reports. * Monitor low-stock items and report replenishment needs. * Ensure inventory data remains accurate across all systems. Requirements: * Proven experience with Shopify. * Proven experience with Odoo or any ERP system. * Experience in Inventory Management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. * Can speak in Arabic Fluent in English. * Experience in E-commerce Operations and Order Management. * Ability to prepare operational reports and analyze data. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred: * Previous experience working in an e-commerce company or Shopify-based business.
