Job Responsibilities Stitch and assemble uniforms according to approved samples and specifications. Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently and safely. Handle different types of fabrics and garment materials. Perform straight stitching, overlocking, hemming, attaching collars, sleeves, pockets, zippers, buttons, etc. Follow measurements, patterns, and production instructions accurately. Maintain good stitching quality and finishing. Check garments for defects and correct stitching issues when required. Complete assigned production quantities within the required time. Work as part of a production team and coordinate with cutters, supervisors, and quality-control staff. Keep the workstation and sewing equipment clean and organized. Follow factory safety and quality procedures.
