Company: Chabbros Decor & Trading LLC Location: Qatar Experience: Minimum 15 years of Gulf experience in a similar role Key Roles & Responsibilities * Manage and supervise daily store operations. * Lead and supervise storekeepers, sales staff, and helpers. * Monitor stock, inventory, receiving, and dispatching. * Ensure proper arrangement, display, and availability of products. * Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer requirements. * Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets. * Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security standards. * Train, guide, and monitor staff performance. * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and management teams Requirements * Minimum 15 years of experience in the Gulf region. * Preferably experience in retail, trading, home dcor, building materials, or a similar industry. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Good knowledge of inventory and store management. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. * Valid Qatar ID / visa,
