Key Responsibilities: -Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. -Sell footwear, with a focus on football shoes. -Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. -Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions. -Perform daily cash reconciliation and basic accounting tasks. -Manage stock, inventory, and product displays. -Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards. Requirements: -4 to 5 years of experience in retail footwear sales, preferably football shoes. -Strong knowledge of footwear brands, sizing, and football shoe products. -Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions. -Basic knowledge of retail accounting and inventory management. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Fluent in English and Tagalog is Mandatory. -Must be willing to work rotating 2-shift schedules.
