Technozone IT Solutions is a growing IT & AI company in Qatar specializing in ERPNext implementation, AI agent solutions, custom software, IT infrastructure, CCTV/access control, and ELV systems. We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing professional to help us grow our client base across Qatar. What you'll do: Generate and qualify leads for our IT, software, and ELV/security solutions Pitch and close deals with businesses across Qatar (SMEs, retail, construction, hospitality) Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals/quotations Run marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, and email Create basic marketing content and support brand presence Meet monthly sales targets and report on pipeline What we're looking for: 2+ years in sales/marketing, ideally in IT, software, or technology services Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with B2B sales Valid Qatar driving license preferred Must be currently in Qatar What we offer: Competitive salary + attractive commission/incentives
