Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage a team of promoters/beauty advisors • Prepare and follow up on weekly schedules and task plans • Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and execution • Track and verify sales performance and sell-out activities • Review and manage orders, ensuring proper stock availability • Coordinate with the sales team to place required orders • Ensure proper merchandising and display standards in stores Requirements: • Female candidates only • Proven relevant experience in supervising promoters or retail teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple locations
