Ironstone Advisory is looking for an experienced freelance PRO / Mandoob in Qatar to support our growing company formation and business services operation. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of direct, hands-on PRO experience in Qatar who can independently handle company formation and government processes — not simply coordinate them through third parties. Experience should include: • MOCI & Single Window • Company formation and 100% foreign ownership applications • Commercial Registration (CR) • Commercial Licences • Articles of Association and company documentation • Establishment Cards • Visa quotas, work permits and residency processes • Company amendments and renewals • Government applications, follow-ups and approvals Fluent English and strong Arabic communication/reading ability required. This is initially a freelance/project-based opportunity, not a full-time salaried position. We are looking for someone we can work with on individual client cases as Ironstone grows, with the potential for the role and working relationship to grow significantly over time.
