The ideal candidate should have previous work experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and be capable of preparing a variety of authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality. Responsibilities Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Cook authentic Arabic dishes, including Saudi, Gulf, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Plan menus according to dietary preferences and requirements. Purchase and manage food ingredients when required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Ensure proper food storage and kitchen organization. Prepare meals for family gatherings and special occasions when needed. Requirements Previous experience as a Private Cook, Personal Chef, or Cook in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Strong knowledge of Arabic, Saudi, and Gulf cuisine. Ability to prepare traditional dishes such as Kabsa, Mandi, Jareesh, Mutabbaq, Harees, Madhbi, grilled meats, soups, salads, and desserts. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
