Key Responsibilities Supervisory & Operational Leadership 1: Team Management: Direct, schedule, and supervise daily activities of pest control technicians. 2: Team Management. 3: Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service reports, chemical usage logs, customer feedback, and team attendance. Technical & Client Services 1: Pest Inspection & Identification: Conduct on-site assessments to identify pest issues, harborages, and entry points. 2: Hands-on Intervention: Assist or step in during complex treatments (e.g., fumigation, rodent control, thermal bed bug treatments) 3: Client Relations: Address customer concerns, explain treatment plans, and provide recommendations on sanitation and structural pest prevention.
