We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-outlet F&B company in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing 20+ F&B outlets simultaneously and strong experience in managing company-wide operations through an ERP system. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations across 20+ F&B outlets. * Lead and manage outlet managers, supervisors, and operational teams. * Manage and monitor operations through the company’s ERP system, ensuring accurate implementation and utilization across all outlets. * Use ERP data to monitor inventory, stock movements, purchasing, production, transfers, wastage, and operational performance. * Ensure proper coordination between outlets, Central Kitchen, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and Finance. * Monitor sales, food cost, cost, wastage, productivity, and profitability. * Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs. * Ensure consistent food quality, service, hygiene, and operational standards across all locations. * Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews. * Manage planning, scheduling Send the cv to 50577735
