Job Vacancy: Accommodation & Quality Supervisor (Filipino Nationality) A leading cleaning services company in Qatar is looking to hire an Accommodation & Quality Supervisor of Filipino nationality with previous experience in the cleaning industry in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: • Reside in the staff accommodation and supervise the daily management, discipline, and well-being of the female cleaning staff. • Monitor, guide, and support cleaners to maintain high performance standards. • Conduct quality inspection visits to clients’ locations after the cleaner has completed the assigned work and before the service is considered complete. • Evaluate the quality of work based on the company’s standards and ensure all tasks have been completed properly. • Collect client feedback, record observations, and prepare performance evaluations for cleaners. • Report quality issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary. • Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
