am Barista I have strong passion for coffee and for creating a welcoming experience for every customer, i have experienced making espresso based drinks with consistent quality, including lattes, cappuccino, Americano, ice coffee and pour overs like V60.i understand grind calibration, milk texturing for microform and the importance of speed and accuracy during busy hours. I also know the difference between Arabica and Robusta beans and how to adjust recipes to bring out the best flavor. More than technical skills, i enjoy customer service. I greet customers with a smile, take orders clearly and handle compliments by listening apologizing, apologies, and fixing the issue quickly and stay calm under pressure during rush hours.
