Job Title Accountant & Operations Specialist (Restaurant Group) Job Location Doha, Qatar Job Summary We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Accountant to manage financial records and support operational growth for our growing restaurant chain in Doha. This unique role combines traditional F&B accounting with Human Resources support and creative social media marketing. The ideal candidate will leverage modern cloud technology to streamline financial tracking, manage employee onboarding, and create engaging social media clips to market our brand to the local Qatar market. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Accounting & Finance o Manage daily sales reconciliations across multiple restaurant locations in Qatar. o Audit Point of Sale (POS) reports and local third-party delivery platform payouts (e.g., Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq). o Oversee accounts payable, food cost analysis, and local vendor payments. o Track and report prime costs (food, beverage, and lab or percentages) to maximize profitability.
