NOW HIRING | FISH & SEAFOOD CHEF Egyptian-Style Fish & Seafood Location: Qatar We are looking for an experienced Fish & Seafood Chef skilled in Egyptian-style fish and seafood cooking to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook fish and seafood dishes in the Egyptian style • Grilled fish in bran (Samak Mashwi), fried fish and Singari • Sayadeya rice, shrimp tagine, fish soup, tahini and salads • Clean, scale, fillet and portion fish and seafood • Check freshness and maintain proper storage and hygiene • Ensure authentic taste, quality and presentation Requirements • Asian nationality • Proven experience cooking Egyptian-style fish & seafood • Strong fish handling and filleting skills • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Qatar experience is preferred Salary: To be determined after the interview APPLY VIA WHATSAPP ONLY: 7790 8799 Please send your CV and mention "SEAFOOD CHEF".
