My name is Aaqib Mir, and I am a hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience in hotel and restaurant operations across India and the UAE. I started my career with ITC Kohenur Hyderabad, where I gained practical exposure to Food & Beverage and Front Office operations. After that, I moved to Dubai and progressed through different roles at Lemon Tree Hotel Jumeirah, from Restaurant Supervisor to Assistant Restaurant Manager. I then joined Taj Dubai as a Restaurant Manager, where I was responsible for the complete restaurant operation, team management, guest satisfaction, staffing, service standards, upselling and complaint handling. Most recently, I worked as a Restaurant Operations Manager at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. My responsibilities included managing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing the team, handling VIP and repeat guests, coordinating with culinary and other departments, monitoring sales and costs, and maintaining food safety, hygiene and luxury service standards. I would describe myself as a guest-focused and team-oriented manager.
