WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: Daily Operations Management Oversee all daily delivery activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations from start to finish. Fleet & Team Control Manage and monitor riders, drivers, vehicles, attendance, availability, scheduling, and overall fleet performance. Proven experience in Delivery Operations, Last-Mile Delivery, or Fleet Management Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing riders, drivers, and large or active fleets Excellent understanding of delivery KPIs and operational performance Ability to increase productivity and control operational costs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure A hands-on attitude someone who takes ownership and gets results
