Strong experience in croissants and laminated dough Skilled in preparing tarts, eclairs, mini pastries and French desserts. Ability to maintain high and consistent production quality. Previous experience in Cafes, Bakeries, Hotels and High-End pastry Shops. Must provide CV, Photos and Videos of previous work. NOC or transfer is preferred.
