A hardworking, pleasant and likeable individual who is able to ensure that HR department provides a professional service to a company’s entire workforce. SHAHNAWAZ RAZA uses his own initiative to solve problems and ensure the smooth running of the HR department. With his present employer he plays a crucial role in supporting the HR team as well as a workforce of approximate 3500 employees to facilitate and maintain a wide range of HR administrative systems. In addition to this he is an expert at producing recruitment and contractual documentations.
