A food import and distribution company in Qatar is looking for an experienced Sales & Distribution Coordinator to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and print sales invoices using Tally software. Record and process sales returns in the system. Monitor and maintain accurate daily sales records. Coordinate with drivers and the delivery team to ensure timely order deliveries. Verify invoices with the delivery team and follow up on undelivered orders. Prepare daily sales, returns, and delivery reports. Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and distribution departments. Requirements: Valid Qatar Residence Permit (mandatory). Previous relevant work experience (mandatory). Proficiency in Tally software (mandatory). Previous experience in food distribution companies in Qatar is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
