R5 5600 (6 cores and 12 threads) has a similar performance to the R5 5600x as well as nearly being equal to the 12400F. It has been stress tested and works flawlessly. The DeepCool AK620 is one of the best air coolers out there and it's in pristine condition delivering immaculate performance. I have the box for the air cooler with all the accessories. Both of these components I've only used for 5-6 days. The price is slightly negotiable.
