Assalamu Alaikum. I have been in Qatar for one year and three months. I started working at a Qatari restaurant one month after my arrival. It was a Shawarma restaurant where I worked as a kitchen helper. Masha'Allah, I can now perform a wide variety of tasks. For instance, I can prepare Shawarma sauce. I am skilled in grilling—handling items like Kofta, Tikka, Shish Tawook, and half-chicken—as well as preparing appetizers such as Mutabbal, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, and Falafel. Regarding languages, I have a proficiency level of 60% in English, 50% in Arabic, and 80% in Hindi.
