Restaurant Supervisor – Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. - Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service. - Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work schedules. - Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. - Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure efficient service. - Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and support inventory control. - Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports. - Ensure company policies and hotel/restaurant standards are consistently followed. - Support management in achieving sales targets and improving guest satisfaction.
