Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily restaurant and kitchen operations • Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation • Control food costs, portions, inventory and waste • Supervise, train and organize restaurant staff • Improve recipes, preparation systems and menu profitability • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety • Help increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Requirements: • Previous experience in restaurant management or as a Head Chef • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Good understanding of food costing and inventory control • Ability to work under pressure and take full responsibility • Experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred
