Position 1 BBQ Chef Must have excellent experience in Pakistani BBQ preparation including Chicken Tikka, Malai Boti, Seekh Kabab, Chicken Boti and other BBQ items. Must have good knowledge of marination, grilling, food quality and kitchen hygiene. Position 2 BBQ Helper Must have complete knowledge and experience in BBQ cutting, chicken and meat preparation, marination and assisting the BBQ Chef.
