WE ARE HIRING – RENTAL ACCOUNTANT Location: Qatar – Qatar Residents Only Gender: Male Only Nationality: Indian, Sri Lankan, or Nepalese Salary: To be discussed based on experience Requirements: Male candidates only Indian, Sri Lankan, or Nepalese nationality Previous experience in rental accounting or a similar role Good knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally is an advantage Ability to manage multiple properties and tenant accounts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of rental income and expenses Prepare and manage tenant invoices and receipts Reconcile bank statements and follow up on outstanding payments Track tenant balances and late payments Prepare periodic financial reports Coordinate with property management and other departments Maintain proper documentation and accounting records Benefits: Free Accommodation Free Transportation Interested candidates, please apply via WhatsApp: 77908799 Please send your CV with the position title “Rental Accountant”.
