Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Register patients and maintain accurate records. Handle billing, payments, and daily reception transactions. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional. Assist in preparing daily and monthly reception reports. Follow clinic policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist (clinic experience preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
