We are looking for an experienced Grill & Appetizer Chef to join our team. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional chef specializing in grills and appetizers. * Expertise in preparing all types of grilled dishes, including kebabs, meat skewers, shish tawook, lamb chops, and mixed grills. * Excellent skills in preparing a wide variety of hot and cold appetizers, including hummus, moutabal, tabbouleh, fattoush, and more. * Strong knowledge of meat and chicken marinades, seasoning techniques, and special sauces. * Ability to create new dishes while maintaining excellent taste, quality, and presentation. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to manage the grill and appetizer section efficiently and work as part of a team. * Must pass a practical cooking test.
