We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in Qatar. Requirements: • Filipino or Filipina candidate currently residing in Qatar. • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • Experience in sourcing, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Valid Qatar ID with tr.........ansferable sponso..........rship preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best value for the company. • Request and analyze quotations from vendors. • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Maintain procurement records and supplier databases. • Monitor inventory requirements and support cost-control initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
