Commercial & Procurement Manager – Retail Main Responsibilities: * Source and negotiate with local suppliers in Qatar. * Build strong supplier relationships. * Negotiate credit terms, discounts, and better purchase prices. * Select the right product categories for a discount/value retail shop. * Manage categories such as stationery, household items, kitchenware, gifts, souvenirs, camping goods, small devices, and general retail items. * Monitor supplier performance, delivery, quality, and pricing. * Support product pricing, stock planning, and profit margin improvement. * Identify fast-moving and profitable products for the Qatar market. Requirements: * Previous experience in procurement, retail buying, or supplier management. * Good knowledge of the Qatar retail market. * Experience dealing with local suppliers. * Ability to negotiate supplier credit terms. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of product categories suitable for a value retail shop. * Basic computer and Excel skills. * Arabic and English preferred.
