Polish Technician – Job Description We are looking for a skilled Polish Technician to join our car wash and detailing team. The candidate will be responsible for polishing, buffing, and restoring vehicle paint to achieve a high-quality finish. Responsibilities: • Perform exterior polishing and paint correction • Remove scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation • Apply wax, polish, ceramic coating, and protection products • Clean and polish headlights, rims, and chrome parts • Inspect vehicle surfaces before and after polishing • Use polishing machines and detailing tools safely • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment • Follow company quality and safety standards Requirements: • Previous experience in car polishing or detailing • Knowledge of polishing compounds and tools • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cars • Attention to detail and quality finishing • Good teamwork and professional attitude • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Preferred: • Experience with ceramic coating and paint protection • GCC driving license is a plus
