Training is given by The Head Coach of National Kickboxing team of Palestine. There are personal or group classes, in the club premises or in your personal place. For each individual player personalised programme will be made, according to their fitness and kickboxing skills. The price per person for 1 hour class is 200 QR. First class is free.
