Description

We are looking for a female Chef Assistant to join our team at Chef Mamito. The ideal candidate should have some experience in food preparation and dessert making, be organized, responsible, and willing to learn new recipes and cooking techniques. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing pasta dishes and other food items. Prepare desserts such as tiramisu and melting cookies. Help prepare sandwiches and other menu items. Assist with chicken and rice meal preparation. Follow recipes, maintain consistent food quality, and ensure proper portioning. Handle food assembly, packaging, and delivery orders. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with general kitchen preparation and daily operations. Requirements: Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred. Experience with desserts, pasta, or sandwiches is an advantage. Does not need to be an expert in every dish; training and guidance will be provided. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Good organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Must be reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
