Description

* Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-access issues. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, and application issues. * Diagnose basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity problems. * Create, update, and resolve IT support tickets while maintaining proper documentation. * Support user account, password, permissions, and access-related issues. * Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. * Assist with workstation setup and IT equipment deployment for new employees. * Troubleshoot peripherals such as printers, scanners, monitors, and network devices. * Monitor and respond to IT incidents according to SLA and escalation procedures. * Maintain IT asset records and documentation. * Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
