Description

Requirements: • Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and facilities management. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Experience in residential buildings, villas, high-rise towers, or FM projects. • Ability to troubleshoot and repair MEP systems efficiently. • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. • Familiarity with health and safety standards. Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Troubleshoot and repair MEP equipment and installations. • Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records. • Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests. • Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
