I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from a well-known Ethiopian university and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management endorsed by the International Qualifications Network (IQN), UK. I have professional experience in customer service, real estate sales, warehousing, logistics, and accounting across diverse industries. I possess both Qatar and UAE driving licenses and have excellent communication skills in English, with working proficiency in Arabic. My studies in Supply Chain Management provided me with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, reverse logistics, digital supply chains, and the integration of advanced manufacturing into supply chain processes. I am a fast learner who adapts quickly to change, enjoys learning new systems and processes, and works effectively in collaborative team environments. I am currently pursuing SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (SAP MM) training at Edoxi Training Center, Doha, Qatar (2026) to strengthen my expertise in procurement, inventory management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
