Description

* Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and site requirements. * Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions. * Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements. * Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure work is carried out safely. * Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, company HSE procedures, and project safety standards. * Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular safety awareness training. * Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, excavation, work at height, hot work, and electrical work. * Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports. * Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices by employees and subcontractors. * Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, housekeeping, and environmental controls. * Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records, and corrective-action follow-ups. * Stop unsafe work when necessary and communicate hazards to supervisors and workers. * Support management in maintaining a safe, healthy, and en
