Requirements: • Previous experience in managing a car care center or similar business • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets • Experience in car care services (Polishing, Nano Ceramic, Window Tinting, Paint Protection, etc.) is a plus Responsibilities: • Full supervision of branch operations • Managing staff and daily schedules • Ensuring high-quality service standards • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
