Almesallem Real Estate is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Marketing & Property Acquisition Officer. Responsibilities: Search for and acquire new properties and units for the company. Contact property owners and introduce the company's real estate services. Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and clients. Market available properties through various marketing channels. Follow up with potential clients and respond to their inquiries. Coordinate property viewings and assist clients throughout the rental or sales process. Contribute to achieving the company's real estate sales and rental targets. Conduct field visits and communicate directly with property owners and clients. Monitor the local real estate market and identify new opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in the field and communicate with property owners. Serious, committed, and professional attitude.
