Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT coordination, web administration, or similar roles. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or custom CMS). Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
