•Manage and support LAN, WAN, Internet, and Intranet systems. •Monitor network performance, security, connectivity, and system availability. •Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related IT issues. •Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other IT equipment. •Maintain network and server security and ensure timely security updates and patches. •Manage software deployment, system configurations, user access, and network settings. •Configure network addresses, routing protocols, and routing tables. •Maintain file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection/security systems. •Monitor and identify potential cybersecurity threats and implement appropriate preventive measures. •Review and support the implementation of the Company's cybersecurity management plan. •Recommend IT system and network upgrades when required. •Provide IT support to employees and ensure effective operation of computer systems. •Support the Company's QHSE policies, objectives, and KPIs.
