We are urgently hiring an experienced Indian Cook for a restaurant in Qatar. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. Prepare Indian breakfast, snacks, curries, rice dishes, breads and other menu items. Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion size. Prepare food efficiently during busy restaurant hours. Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Properly store and handle ingredients and minimize food waste. Keep the cooking area, utensils and equipment clean and organized. Work closely with the kitchen team and assist with other food preparation when required. Requirements Previous professional experience as an Indian Cook is required. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking methods. Able to prepare food quickly while maintaining consistent quality. Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Able to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. Reliable, disciplined and able to work as part of a team. Restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred. Urgent Hiring Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
